At the earliest possible time, we are looking for an employee (m/f/d) in Application Support for our site in Quakenbrueck.
- Together with other colleagues, you are the first contact person for our customers in the Application Support
- Support by phone, e-mail or personally
- Elaboration of solutions in cooperation with the Second-Level-Support, the team of the IT or the development department
- Experiences in dealing with customers
- Understanding for processes and contexts of applications
- Motivation for familiarization with new topics / applications
- Enjoying of customer-oriented teamwork
- High level of communication skills, comprehension and service awareness
- Independent, structured working style
- Resilience, flexibility and willingness to learn
- Good language and text skills in german and english
