In Brunnthal, the butcher's shop, kitchen and bakery come together to prepare fresh dishes that can be quickly processed in the Hofbräuhaus. Supported by a digital bar and kitchen control system, a fully automated high-bay warehouse and intelligent IT networking of all areas. An efficient interaction of production, logistics and catering leads to a sustainable use of resources, consistently high quality and considerable time savings!
