With the new ordering app, feed specialist Bröring from Dinklage is responding to the changed, digital buying and usage behavior of farmers. When they make their daily barn rounds and check the feed stock, they want to react directly, be flexible and order the feed they are short of in a simple mobile way - completely independent of place and time. With these requirements in mind, Bröring met us. The finished ordering and service app, which is available free of charge in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, was developed in close cooperation.
Through the app, farmers for beef, pork and chicken have the option to place their feed orders, view or retrigger past orders, and create and manage their own silos. They have an overview of the delivery status at all times, can manage delivery addresses and contact a Bröring Group representative directly. "It was important to Bröring to simplify the ordering processes for farmers. Therefore, above all, the app should be intuitive to use and speed up the ordering process for both sides," says Christoph Heitmann, Project Manager SLA. An additional web dashboard also ensures improved customer service in the event of complaints, callbacks or questions about registration. All in all, the app creates optimal and modern access to Bröring's services and products and integrates perfectly into the existing system landscape on the basis of state-of-the-art technologies. With interfaces to four ERP systems, it is possible to communicate delivery data and product information to the customer in real time and to effectively link orders with the merchandise management system. With reliability, transparency, speed and data security, the app can be used from a smartphone or tablet, and additional functions can be added in the future.
