For more than 40 years, Kröswang has been supplying fresh and frozen food to the catering industry, hotels and large-scale catering establishments. At eleven locations in Austria and Germany, fresh food supplier Kröswang ensures that over 13,000 customers are supplied with up to 2,500 products ranging from meat to fish, vegetables, pastries, eggs and delicatessen. Processes in which time and freshness play a paramount role in ensuring the high quality of the food. To meet these freshness standards, Kröswang relies on digital, modular logistics.
Optimized material flows
Food that is ordered and produced today should reach the customer tomorrow. Kröswang is meeting this demand by investing in a fully automated central warehouse that uses IT to think ahead, optimize material flows and help accelerate supply chains.
The large central warehouse is a project that was realized in cooperation with our partner ATTEC. ATTEC supplies the automation technology and we supplement this with software-supported warehouse management.
